The shop motto is ‘There is no such thing as natural beauty’. Gossip, laughter, revelations and banter flow like sweet tea on a hot Louisiana day from the mouths of six Southern belles through the buzz of hair dryers and haze of hairspray.
When one of their lives takes a tragic turn they summon all of their strength and sass to support each other. Steel Magnolias is a celebration of the strength of friendship.
You’ll laugh and cry with these women as they live through their bad hair days, their loves and their losses. If you know how uplifting it is to support one another you’ll recognise and love this play.
