  • Getting Here and Parking

The Court Theatre is located at the end of Bernard Street, off the Hagley Park end of Lincoln Road in Addington. Located near railway tracks, you can sometimes feel and hear trains when they move past the theatre.

Our carpark is free for all visitors. Please be aware that traffic can become heavy when events are on at Orangetheory Stadium and Horncastle Arena, so we'd recommend leaving with plenty of time to spare.

If you'd like a taxi after your performance, please check in with our friendly box office or bar staff, who can order a car for you.

If you're busing to The Court, both the 120 bus and Orange Line stop at Addington Village (stop number 28142), which is a 5 minute walk from the theatre. Alternatively, The Orbiter stops at Whiteleigh Avenue near Jack Hinton Drive (stop number 37594), which is a 10 minute walk from the theatre.

  • How to Theatre
    WHAT TO WEAR

Unlike the days of old, you no longer need to get all dressed up to come to the theatre - but we'd love it if you did! We encourage you to wear whatever you're comfortable with - a 'smart casual' approach always works for a night at The Court. Don't forget to bring a coat during winter, as our foyer can get a little nippy!

    PHONES & PHOTOGRAPHY

To avoid disrupting the performance, please put your phone on silent and don't use it during the show. Photography and filming are prohibited during showtime, due to copyright laws and so as you don't disturb the performers and audience members around you.

We encourage you to take a snap out in our foyer, though - and if you're attending a kids show, our performers will be waiting after the show to take snaps with your little ones!
