Kalyani Nagarajan

Kalyani Nagarajan is a graduate of Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School. She has worked extensively on stage with companies such as Auckland Theatre Company, Indian Ink, and Auckland Live. 

Her television credits include Raised by Refugees, which completed filming season 2 earlier this year. TVNZ’s Amah and Give Me Babies and The Brokenwood Mysteries. 

Her most recent theatre works include Sleigh, The Made, The Master Builder and the international tour of Mrs Krishnan’s Party. Other works include Ahi Karunaharan’s Tea, Indian Ink’s The Pickle King, A Fine Balance and Polo.

Kalyani is a part of Snort and Heartthrobs improv group. 

Nagarajan has worked as a deviser and writer contributor with many theatre and screen makers; she is currently in the process of writing her first feature film Road Trip with the Rajan’s.
