Covid-19 Update: due to the extension of Level 2, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Two Worlds. While we were so excited to stage this fantastic show, changes to our schedule were unavoidable with the restrictions of having a maximum of 100 people in the auditorium. All ticketholders will be contacted over the next two weeks with an option to credit, donate or refund their tickets – please bear with us as we make our way through these communications. You can read more about these changes here.
There are two sides to every story. And every story has a song.
With signature style and humour, Two Worlds weaves together four stories full of heart and revelation that unfold the fabric of Māori musical culture, its genealogy and evolution.
Layering an earnest and uniquely Kiwi narrative to their soaring harmonies and classic quirky charm, the award-winning Modern Māori Quartet invite you to meet Koro, Big Bro, Uncle and Bub, and experience their take on what it really means to be Māori in this day and age.
