Zoe Buckland

Having been in the hairdressing industry for 18 years and the Makeup artistry for 12 I have branched out into all aspects of the professions. Wigs are a passion project for me I also have experience for both hair and makeup in all aspects of salon hairdressing, teaching, runway, editorial, theatre and film including SFX and body painting. Currently I am a full time Team Leader at Yoobee Colleges for the Film and Foundation Learning faculties which includes Makeup Artistry. I also own a Wig Business where I customise wigs for clients with multiple hair loss disorders including chemotherapy clients. I have assisted with the wig maintenance on multiple Court theatre shows over the years including Steel Magnolias, Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Les Liaisons Dangereuses as-well as multiple Showbiz shows. 

When Tina approached me to do the wig design for Something Rotten! I really got hooked once I saw the colour pallet and vision of what was going to be achieved. Due to busy workload I could only commit as long as I got some help with show maintenance so we were lucky enough that Patrice Hammond agreed to come on board to make sure we keep up wig continuity for the full season. Ive had a lot of fun creating the wigs and being part of the team.
