Sophie Petersen

Sophie graduated with a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Musical Theatre from the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Arts (NASDA).

Her previous Court Theatre credits include The Cat in the Hat, Badjelly the Witch and Puff the Magic Dragon. She also featured in a guest choir for the Forge production of The Events.

Since graduating, Sophie has become a founder and co-managing director of So Keen Productions. With So Keen, Sophie produced Coriander (Jess Brien); Unsupervised - An original comedy cabaret (Bekah & Jess) and Songs for a New World. Sophie stared as Woman 1 in the South Island première of Songs For A New World, directed by Dr. Soseh Yekanians (So Keen Productions). 

Her other theatre credits include The Skriker; Working the musical; The Collective; Ragtime the musical and The Morning After - Life Actually Cabaret Series (NASDA).
