Sophie Harris

Sophie is a graduate of the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Arts with a bachelor of Performing Arts, specialising in Musical Theatre.

Strictly Ballroom The Musical is her first Court Theatre production.

(Ovation Musical Theatre 2024), Montrer Cabaret (The Entertainment Co. 2024), Bombalurina in Cats (JK 2024), Ensemble in That Bloody Woman (Showbiz Christchurch 2023), Wendla Bergmann in Spring Awakening (Ovation Musical Theatre 2023), Sandy Dombrowski in Grease (NASDA 2022), Linda in Wedding Singer (NASDA 2021), Ensemble in We Will Rock You (Showbiz Christchurch 2019), Ensemble in Wicked (2018), Titania in Midsummer Night’s Dream (Cashmere High 2019), Liz in Chicago (Cashmere High 2017), Gracie Shinn in The Music Man (Cashmere High 2015), Canterbury Children’s Theatre, Aladdin, Snow White, The Amazing Race, Chicken Divas, Sleeping Beauty, Blackbeard, Once upon a happy ending (2015-2022) and Snow White in Snow White (Act 2 2015).

Sophie’s television credits include Becky in Dark City: The Cleaner and her film credits include Eve in Though I Walk.
