Rachel joined The Court Theatre sponsorship team in August 2016. Her role as the sponsorship manager is to identify local businesses who would benefit from a mutual business partnership and then work with them to bring an agreement to life.
Prior to joining The Court, Rachel traveled Central and South America for a year, from Mexico down to Peru with her surfboard and now fiancee in tow. Her work experience is diverse and ranges from executive retail and franchise management roles in Australia to business development positions within NZ media outlets; NZME and Fairfax. Alongside her part-time role with The Court, Rachel runs her own business, operating as a retail and marketing consultant.
Outside of work, she is a keen surfer and skier, is on the board for the CoCA gallery and is a contemporary and jazz dancer. With a musical theatre diploma to her name- working at The Court never really feels like work as it is something she has been involved with from an early age and is passionate about.
