Usipua is a Tongan, Samoan young woman who was influenced and introduced into the performing arts scene at a young age by her older cousins in Pacific Underground.
She has worked with Iaheto Ah Hi and Leilani Clarke in The Tautai of Digital Winds as a muzo. After four years of her debut, she worked with Sela Faletolu’s No Limits Speak Your Truth 2.0 and Honest? She is now a part of Y|NOT and was fortunate to travel to Wellington for the Kia Ma’u Festival. Pua is now happily working behind the scenes for Y|NOT’s Palu and producing Tavita Nielsen-Mamea’s Au Ko Tuvalu.
