Maia Diamond

Maia is studying at Whitireia New Zealand with Richard Finn towards a Degree in Stage and Screen Arts.

In addition to her work on stage, Maia has also performed as a musician and singer, gaining second place in the 2014 Wellington Rockquest Regional finals. She has received awards for Best Song and Second Place (2013) as well as the Mana Wahine award (2014) at Pasifika Beats.

In 2014 she played the lead in the original musical Elektra for Hutt Valley High School, which enjoyed a sold-out season.
