Jackson (Ngāti Porou) is a graduate of The National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Arts (NASDA) where he gained a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Music Theatre).

Previous to this he spent a year at Hagley Theatre Company. This is Jackson’s second show with The Court Theatre, his previous credit being Te Kuia me te Pungawerewere. Some of his other theatre credits include - Treasure Island (NZ Playhouse); Merry and Bright, Severely Queer: It’s a Pirates Life (Blackboard Theatre Collective.) and The Drowsy ChaperoneThe 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change (NASDA) and We Will Still Go On (Asian Waves Productions.) 

He is a proud member of Equity New Zealand.
