Hana Pearce

Whilst completing her Advanced Tap (BAL) and Advanced 1 Jazz (AJDA) examinations, Hana began choreographing for Primary and Secondary school musicals around Christchurch. This is her second show at The Court Theatre as Intern Choreographer having previously worked on Little Shop of Horrors, and this year she has added Dance Captain to her roles.

Her other theatre credits include choreographer for Legally Blonde and Songs for a New World (St Andrew’s College), The Prom (Halswell Drama Group), guest choreographer for Or So They Say (Blackboard Theatre Collective), and director for At the Heart of Us (MUSOC).

Hana is a tutor at the St Margaret’s College Theatre Dance Academy where she teaches tap, jazz, and musical theatre. 

In her other life, Hana is a graduate of the University of Canterbury (Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Spanish) and is currently working towards her Master in Linguistics.
