Emily Burns

Emily graduated from the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Art (NASDA) in 2014.

Her previous Court Theatre credits include: Mary Poppins, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Ladykillers and Little Red Riding Hood. Her other theatre credits include Evita, Mamma Mia, Spring Awakening; The Last Five Years; The Phantom of the Opera; Into the Woods;  Les Misérables and also the Christchurch City Council tour of Crash Bash.

Other professional performance work includes singing the national anthem at various sporting events, backing vocals for Missy Higgins and for The Lynch Mob’s Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon experience. Emily has been a special guest performing alongside the well-known New Zealand singer, Rob Guest.
