Dougal Canard

Dougal is a graduate of the Christchurch Polytech Jazz School, and holds a BMus arts degree.

His previous theatre credits include Kinky Boots (Showbiz Christchurch) and Freaky Friday (NASDA).

After graduating, Dougal soon moved overseas where for five years he worked for Carnival Cruises. He has extensive experience playing guitar in all styles including rock, funk, jazz, and show work including performances with the CSO. He has particular interest in Latin music, especially guitar music from Brazil.
