Diana Lines 2024

Since graduating from London’s Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with a BA (HONS) in Theatre Production Arts in 2017, Diana has worked in a multitude of Stage Management roles across a broad range of theatre and live events across the UK and New Zealand.

Notable Credits include:
Coriolanus at The Rose Playhouse, London (Stage Manager and Lighting/Sound Operator); Jack and the Beanstalk – The Pantomime – Tour of Wales (Assistant Stage Manager); stand up comedy show Simon’s 10 Lowest Moments of 2017 – Aces and Eights – London (Stage Manager and Lighting/Sound Operator); Cinderella – The Pantomime – St Albans Arena (UK) (Assistant Stage Manager); and Madagascar The Musical – UK Tour (Dep Assistant Stage Manager).

Diana worked as an Assistant Stage Manager and Book Cover for the inaugural season of Shakespeare’s Rose Theatre - York – the largest pop-up outdoor Shakespearian theatre in Europe, working in rep over 8 weeks of summer on productions of Romeo and Juliet and Richard III. Following the success of the first year, Diana was asked to return the following year and worked on productions of Twelfth Night; Hamlet; Henry V; and The Tempest.

Before moving to New Zealand, Diana worked as part of the stage staff team for Royal Caribbean on the Symphony of the Seas. During her time onboard she worked on various shows including specialist ice shows 1977 and ISkate 2.0 and productions of Flight and the musical Hairspray.

Her most recent credits include the NZ and Australian tours of GMG Productions Madagascar The Musical (Assistant and Deputy Stage Manager); A Little Night Music (Stage Manager) with Enchanting Productions; and Macbeth (Chorus Assistant Stage Manager) with the New Zealand Opera Company.
