Carolyne joined The Court Theatre as the Capital Campaign Manager in August 2021.
Carolyne has a strong love for the Arts, having spent the last six years as the Philanthropy & Communications Manager at SCAPE Public Art. There she has secured major gifts, grants, donations, and funds to produce iconic Ōtautahi public artworks and led communications to help SCAPE’s annual festivals come to life.
Originally from the UK, Carolyne brings extensive brand management expertise from her experience at Marks and Spencer plc and Masterfoods UK, as well as experience in consulting with businesses across strategic planning, governance and corporate sponsorship.
Prior to SCAPE, she worked as a fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House, and is a founding trustee of the Chalky Carr Trust. Carolyne is well connected with extensive experience in implementing fundraising strategies.
