Bryn Monk

Bryn is a graduate of the National Academy of Singing & Dramatic Art (Bachelor of Performing Arts). Originally from Dunedin, he has featured in DKCM Ltd & Taieri Musical’s Grease: The Arena Spectacular Live & the Fortune Theatre’s Into The Woods. His NASDA credits include 42nd Street as Billy Lawlor, Curtains, It’s Only Life, Urinetown as Bobby Strong and Holiday Inn as Ted Hanover.

Bryn's other theatre credits include Christ, What a Night! (Little Andromeda), Severely Queer: Time For Tea (Blackboard Theatre Collective), Madagascar the Musical NZ & Australian Tour, Beauty and the Beast - The Pantomime (GMG Productions NZ), Shrek the Musical Riyadh Tour (Showcase Entertainment Group), and Wonderland Glow Show as a Puppeteer (Glow Show Company). Bryn has toured Aotearoa for the past two years performing Rumpelstiltskin and The Emperor’s New Clothes (New Zealand Playhouse), and recently played an Angel in Kinky Boots (Showbiz Christchurch).
