Brendan is a theatrical and concert lighting designer who has worked throughout New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and South America. In 2013 he was touted by New York based Live Design Magazine as a ‘young designer to watch’.

Brendan’s previous Court Theatre credits include Anything GoesSaving GraceGloriousThe SeagullDon’t Mention Casablanca; CabaretCarry on CourtSide by Side by Sondheim; Much Ado About Nothing; Hansel and GretelShepherd; and That Bloody Woman for both The Court and Auckland Theatre Company.

His other theatre credits include All Together Now (Isaac Theatre Royal); The History Boys (Maidment Theatre); Avenue Q (Fortune Theatre); I didn’t always live here (The Finborough Theatre, London); Mary Queen of Scots Got Her Head Chopped Off (Kings Head Theatre, London); Assembly Gala (Edinburgh Festival).
