Currently based in Ōtautahi Christchurch, New Zealand, Ben is in his third year of studying at the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Arts (NASDA). Due to graduate in March 2022, Ben endeavours to continue to explore how performing arts can be used to empower the impressionable, bring unity, hope and joy to everyday life.
Something Ben has loved about the Frankenstein process is the joy that comes with creating. He finds that being relaxed in a space makes the creation process so much easier and fun. Both Holly (Director) and Tom (Movement Director) have made this such a collaborative process constantly leaving space for our input, so we feel we have ownership over the piece that we can be proud of.
His theatre credits include NASDA productions of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change (2021), On The Town (2020) and The Book Of Everything (2020). Kaiapoi High School Productions of OLIVER! (2017) and Grease (2015).
