I'M A CURRENT SUBSCRIBER, CAN I HAVE THE SAME SEATS AS LAST SEASON?
Your previous seats are currently reserved for you. We will contact you before tickets go on sale to the general public and these seats are released. Once this happens, we cannot guarantee your seats.
WHY DO I NEED TO CHOOSE A NIGHT OF THE WEEK TO ATTEND?
When we confirm your season tickets, we'll book them in the same spot and the same night of the week for each show. We know that many of our subscribers have favourite seats, and this is the best way for us to provide these across the season.
CAN I CHANGE THE NIGHT I'M BOOKED FOR?
We're happy to change your tickets to any performance of the same show, once tickets are on-sale to the general public. Please note: we do need your tickets returned to our box office at least 48 hours before the performance you originally booked for.
IF I HAVE A FRIEND WHO WANTS TO SEE A SHOW WITH ME, CAN I ADD EXTRA TICKETS?
Certainly, as long as there are seats available. You can either add these in with your printed subscription form or, if it's a last minute idea, call our box office and we can book these for you. Unfortunately, companion bookings aren't available using our online subscription form, but our box office team can help arrange this if you call 0800 333 100.
Unless your friends are coming to six or more shows, they won't receive the discounted subscriber price, but we will always book them at the earlybird ticket price (the cheapest available price for the general public) no matter when in the season you're attending.
CAN I PRE-ORDER PIZZA FROM BASE @ THE COURT?
Unfortunately, we don't have a pre-order service available. Orders can be placed at the bar, with BASE @ The Court serving pizzas from 4:30pm on Mondays and Thursdays and 5:30pm for all other performances. We advise ordering your pizza at least an hour before the show begins, as we cannot guarantee service after this time.
