Every estranged member of the Lafayette family has descended upon the crumbling Arkansas homestead to settle the accounts of the newly dead patriarch, father of Toni, Bo and Franz and grandfather of Rhys and Cassidy. As his three adult children sort through a lifetime of hoarded mementos and junk, they collide over clutter, debt, and a contentious family history. After a disturbing discovery surfaces among their father’s possessions, the reunion takes a turn for the explosive, unleashing a series of surprises and confrontations.

Rhys Thurston – son of Toni Lafayette, white, late teens, reticent, American accent.

Cassidy “Cassie” Kramer-Lafayette – daughter and oldest child of Rachel and Bo Lafayette, white, early teens, precocious but still a little awkward, American accent.

River Rayner – Franz Lafayette’s fiancée, white, early 20s but looks younger, “new-agey”, sharper than she seems at first, American accent.
