Matt is a graduate of Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School (Diploma in Performing Arts, Acting).
He was last seen at The Court in 2018’s Astroman. His other theatre credits include Nga Tangata Toa (Taki Rua Theatre); Think of a Garden; Welcome to the Murderhouse (Indian Ink); Up North (Centrepoint Theatre) and The Anthony Wilding Story, a solo show that he co-wrote and has performed throughout the country and internationally.
Matt's television credits include One Lane Bridge; Jean; M is for Murder and Shortland Street. His film credits include In My Fathers Den; Punch; Avatar; King Kong and Under the Mountain.
Matt has co-written a new play called Timber, which will premiere at Centrepoint Theatre in 2022.
