This year, HOST events will benefit The Court's wardrobe and costuming department, with the goal to raise $25,000 to help rebuild and restock. Since coming to The Shed, the wardrobe team have struggled valiantly without the 40 years’ worth of costumes and supplies that were previously on hand and are now inaccessible in the Arts Centre.
You may be interested to learn that:
• $11,000 has been spent on shoes since 2011
• $4,000 is needed for the Pink Ladies and T-Birds Jackets this year for Grease
• Replacing the industrial boiler iron in wardrobe will cost $5,500
• Wardrobe had 20,000 buttons stored in the old theatre (multiply that by $1 a button!)
• Wigs for Much Ado About Nothing cost $2,000

Hosts are responsible for collecting donations from their guests and remitting the total amount to The Court Theatre. Details for payment will be advised once registration is confirmed.
